Head - Marketing - Luxury Retail

Job Description:
The Head of Marketing will lead the comprehensive marketing and branding strategy for organization, overseeing a team of nearly 50 marketing professionals. This individual will be responsible for driving brand growth, strengthening digital presence, enhancing communication strategies, and ensuring all marketing technology initiatives are in line with our omni-channel business model. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury branding, leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, and expertise in setting up marketing technology systems. It also demands a strong background in working with tech companies or in digital-heavy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy for organization, aligning with business objectives and sales targets. - Manage a team of 50 professionals across digital marketing, Marcom, PR, events, sales alignment, and technology teams. - Work closely with luxury brands represented by organization to develop customized marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales. - Lead both short-term and long-term brand-building efforts with a focus on positioning organization as the leading luxury retailer in India. - Track luxury market trends and consumer behaviour to adjust strategies and stay competitive in the evolving landscape.
2. Digital Marketing & Omni-Channel Development:
- Oversee the development and execution of the online-to-offline marketing strategy, generating leads through digital platforms (Meta, Google, email marketing, etc.) and driving them to physical stores through effective customer engagement. - Build and enhance our omni-channel model, ensuring seamless communication between online lead generation, concierge services, and in-store fulfilment. - Develop data-driven marketing strategies utilizing analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing performance.
3. Marketing Technology (MarTech) Stack Setup:
- Own the setup, integration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack, including CRM tools, email marketing systems, digital advertising platforms, and other relevant tools. - Ensure the alignment of marketing technology with lead generation, customer segmentation, and sales tracking initiatives. - Work with external vendors and technology companies to implement and manage MarTech systems that align with business objectives.
