The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing documentation, coordination with clients and candidates, and ensuring smooth mobilization of selected candidates to overseas job sites.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end deployment process including visa, medical, ticketing, and travel coordination. - Liaise with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure timely mobilization. - Maintain accurate records of deployment status and compliance documents. - Support operations team in project planning, process improvement, and reporting. - Handle correspondence with embassies, travel agents, and government authorities when required. - Ensure adherence to company policies and overseas recruitment regulations.Requirements:- Experience in overseas recruitment / deployment operations. - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and database management. - Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
