Some of our most popular games includeWWE Mayhem, American Dad Apocalypse Soon, Drone Shadow Strike, World Robot Boxing, Pacific Rim, and T20 Cricket Champions.The RoleAs aUA Manager at Reliance Games , you will be responsible forgrowing and sustaining our live mobile game portfolio( WWE Mayhem, Drone Shadow Strike 3, American Dad, Little Singham , and more) throughdata-driven user acquisition campaigns.Your focus will be onprofitably scaling UA , ensuring every dollar spent translates into measurable growth, long-term player value, and ROI.Leverage the latestAI-powered tools and automation platformsto improve targeting, optimize bidding strategies, and scale creative testing at speed.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, and manage performance-driven UA campaigns acrossMeta, Google UAC, TikTok, ASA, Unity, IronSource, Moloco, and regional partners. Optimize campaigns daily and weekly to achieveROAS, ROI, and LTV targets. Monitor and analyze campaign performance usingAppsflyer, Firebase, and internal dashboards , providing actionable insights. Collaborate with theProduct and Live Ops teamsto align UA spend with events, content updates, and monetization opportunities. Partner with theCreative/Art teamto test and iteratehigh-volume ad creatives , driving incremental growth through structured creative testing. Conductcohort analysisto evaluate performance across geos, channels, and audience segments. Generate clear reporting for stakeholders, communicating UA performance and learnings effectively. Stay ahead ofindustry trends, AI-driven UA technologies, and platform updatesto ensure campaigns leverage the latest features and best practices.About You2–5 years’ experience inUA marketing for mobile gameswith proven success in managing profitable campaigns. Stronglydata-drivenwith excellent analytical skills — able to interpret campaign data, player funnels, and revenue metrics to guide decisions. Hands-on expertise withAppsflyer (MMP) , Firebase, and ad platform dashboards. Demonstrated ability to managelarge UA budgets profitablyacross multiple channels and regions. Experience increative testing at scale (20–50+ variations/month)and translating results into performance improvements. Proficiency inExcel/Google Sheets(pivot tables, formulas, data manipulation). SQL knowledge is a plus. Strong communicator, able to collaborate cross-functionally and present clear, data-backed insights. Passion formobile games, live operations growth, and experimenting with AI-driven marketing strategies.Nice to HaveFamiliarity withASOand organic uplift strategies. Experience withIP-based titles(Sports, Kids, Entertainment, or Hollywood). Knowledge ofad monetization and cross-promotion strategieswithin live portfolios.
