Handle escalated customer issues and provide quick resolutions. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
