Job Summary:


The Franchise Operations Head is responsible for leading and overseeing the overall operations of the franchise network, ensuring that all franchisees adhere to the company’s standards and achieve optimal performance. This role involves developing and implementing strategic initiatives to support franchise growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve franchisee satisfaction. The Franchise Operations Head will work closely with the senior

management team to align franchise operations with the company's business objectives and drive sustainable growth.


Key Responsibilities:


● Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to optimise the performance of the franchise network, aligning with the company’s long-term goals and objectives.

● Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational performance of all franchise locations, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and profitability.

● Franchisee Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with franchisees. Serve as a key point of contact, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback to foster a positive and productive partnership.

● Training & Development: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs for franchisees and their teams, covering all aspects of operations, customer service, and business management.

● Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Analyse financial and operational data across the franchise network to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to franchisees to improve their business performance.

● Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all franchise locations adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as company policies and brand standards. Develop risk management strategies to protect the brand and ensure business continuity.

● New Franchise Development: Support the recruitment and onboarding of new franchisees, including site selection, contract negotiation, and the setup of operations. Ensure new franchises are well-prepared for successful launch and

growth.

● Marketing & Brand Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and execution across all franchise locations. Support the development of local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and sales. Qualifications:

● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in franchise management or operations is preferred.

● Experience: Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in franchise operations, preferably within the laundry or similar service-oriented industry.

● Strong leadership and relationship management skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.

● Problem-solving skills, particularly in a service or equipment-based environment.
