Purpose of Role

As the City Head for Electric Vehicle (EV) Swap Stations, you will lead the strategic sales & Bd planning, Acquisition, and management of EV swap infrastructure across Bangalore, Chennai, Jaipur. This pivotal role aims to drive sustainable urban mobility by expanding access to reliable and efficient battery swap solutions.


Experience & Qualification

8-10 years of Overall experience in Start-up background, EV or EV infrastructure business will add value with Full time MBA or equivalent degree.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the deployment of EV swap stations throughout the city, aligning with urban development plans and transportation needs.
  • Identify optimal locations for new swap stations.
  • Oversee all aspects of swap station projects from inception to completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business partner and hot prospects.
  • Monitor the performance and reliability of swap stations.
  • Utilize data analytics to assess usage patterns, energy consumption, and user satisfaction to improve service delivery.
  • Handle a team to find and acquire business partners/Franchise.
  • Take care of city P/L and business operations.
  • Must be willing to take strategic decisions to build the franchise network across the city.
  • Identifying the demand and building the supply channel.


Role Specific Skills/Competencies

  • Proven experience in business & must be from startup background, ideally in infrastructure development or renewable energy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of EV technology, swap infrastructure, and energy management systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and foster partnerships.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Familiarity with local government processes, regulatory frameworks, and environmental policies related to transportation and energy.
