Job Title : Software Engineer - Full stack Development.
Years of Experience : 3 to 5 years.
Location : Bangalore.
Role Summary :
As a Software Engineer (Fullstack), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our software products.
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) and be proficient in a range of technologies including Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra or any other columnar NoSQL database.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
What will you do?
- Backend Persistence Layer Development : Design, develop, and maintain persistence APIs and interfaces using Java, Spring Boot.
- Data Structures & Algorithms : Apply strong DSA knowledge to build efficient and optimized software solutions.
- Database Management : Work with both SQL (PostgreSQL or Oracle) and NoSQL databases, (MongoDB or Cassandra or any other columnar NoSQL databases), to design and manage data storage solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices in software development.
- Testing & Debugging : Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other developers, product managers, and designers to deliver features that meet user requirements.
- Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends to continually improve the quality and performance of our software.
What skills required?
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in back-end persistence API development.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
- Proficiency in Java, including experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL or Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB or Cassandra or any other columnar NoSQL stores).
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
