Job Summary: 

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Corporate & MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Sales professional who will be primarily responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth through MICE sales.  

Key Responsibilities: 

● Identify & acquire new corporate accounts for Corporate sales & MICE sales through outreach, networking, and client visits. 

● Understand client travel needs and offer customized MICE solutions.

● Pitch Adotrip's services to Admin, HR, Procurement, Marketing, CXOs, etc.

● Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored MICE packages.

● Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close profitable deals. 

● Coordinate with operations, ticketing, and visa teams for seamless execution.

● Track market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

● Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 

● Represent Adotrip at events and trade shows to promote MICE services.

Requirements: 

● 3–5 years' experience in MICE or B2B travel sales. 

● Strong network and proven ability to generate leads independently. 

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

● Target-driven with a willingness to travel as needed.
