Job Purpose : Member of Pharmed Ace Marketing Team, Handling Cons. Phys. Portfolio Brands and supporting Sales Team to reach the business objectives in co-ordination with GM MarketingJob Responsibility: - Designing and implementing creative/innovative marketing strategies to improve the performance of Cons. Phys. portfolio brands- Support Engine Brands of Cons. Phys. portfolio with various marketing activities to ensure better growth- Tracking and monitoring all promotional inputs investments for better ROI- Regular analysis, review, and engagement of Cons. Phys. portfolio PAP investments- Coordinating with all other Departments to ensure smooth marketing operations for the accomplishment of the result-oriented task- Supporting field colleagues with promotional inputs, medical queries, and strategic ideas- Organizing and participating in various review meetings with field colleagues & H.- Working closely with the State Heads for the better implementation of marketing strategies and ROI- New product identification & launching as per company strategies- Preparation of annual brand & therapy plan on time- Market Research activities using both external and internal data to identify market opportunities- Developing customer relationship - KOL/KBI management in collaboration with CRM team and Sales team.- To support the national & state conference participation and CME programs with ideas, participation, execution, and implementation- Resolving queries from field members and customers in conjunction with the medical department.- Planning and active participation of field meetings and H.O meeting in co-ordination- To ensure regular dispatch process and ensure timely delivery of promotional inputs, optimal utilization of stock, rational use of samples as per strategic plans, well ahead of time before the stipulated date of every month, and regular follow-up with field teams to ensure judicious utilization.- Fieldwork / on-the-job training.Please Note: Based on the above job description, your performance will be reviewed periodically.
