Luxury Marketing Manager

Previous experience in LUXURY MARKETING, specifically targeting the HNI/UHNI market, is mandatory.
This opportunity is within the second homes division of a prominent real estate developer in North India. Seeking a marketing professional who understands reaching out to the TG that can afford to buy a second home valued at INR 10Cr and above.
The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote their portfolio of luxury villas, drive brand awareness, engage the target audience, and ultimately contribute to revenue growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional marketing strategy to promote the luxury villa portfolio, ensuring alignment with business targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and ensure successful campaign execution.
- Create and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Define campaign pillars, objectives, and KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Lead the marketing briefing process and produce written briefs for campaigns.
- Lead post-campaign reporting to evaluate performance and gather insights for improvements.
- Conduct market research specific to luxury real estate to inform strategy and tactics.
Requirements:
- Luxury marketing experience, with a proven track record of crafting and delivering marketing campaigns autonomously.
- Experience in premium real estate or luxury services is a plus.
- Demonstrable experience in spearheading marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in campaign analytics and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
