Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Conversion:
Develop and implement strategies to generate leads from various channels including online advertising, social media, email marketing, and partnerships.
Qualify and nurture leads through personalized communication and follow-up to convert them into sales.
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote luxury experiential journeys to Europe.
Utilize SEO, content marketing, PPC, and social media to increase brand visibility and attract high-end clients.
Business Expansion:
Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company's client base and geographical reach.
Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform business strategies and identify growth areas.
Collaboration and Partnerships:
Build and maintain relationships with top luxury travel partners, including hotels, tour operators, and transportation services.
Collaborate with industry influencers and luxury brands to enhance brand credibility and reach.
Brand Visibility and Promotion:
Enhance the company's online presence through targeted advertising, high-quality content creation, and social media engagement.
Organize and participate in luxury travel events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies and make data-driven adjustments.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and market trends for senior management.
Client Relationship Management:
Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout their journey.
Gather and analyze client feedback to continually improve service offerings and client satisfaction.
Campaign Management:
Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns for specific destinations, seasons, and events.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI on campaigns.
Creative Content Development:
Oversee the creation of compelling content, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and social media posts that highlight unique travel experiences.
Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s luxury image and message.
Competitive Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of competitor activities and market positioning.
Adjust marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition and offer unique value propositions.
Customer Engagement:
Engage with potential and existing customers through various platforms to build a loyal community.
Implement customer loyalty programs to retain high-value clients and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing within the luxury travel industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a knack for building strategic partnerships.
Expertise in online and offline marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and campaign management.
Creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
