This role is part of our digital arm, 3% Collective, which combines the strategic rigor of a network agency with the agility and innovation of a startup.

Role Description

We are looking for a Creative Head to lead our agency's creative vision, inspire our team, and drive innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact. This is a leadership role for a hands-on creative professional who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the creative vision across a diverse portfolio of brands.
  • Mentor and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives.
  • Translate client briefs into impactful, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Oversee concept development, copywriting, design, and video content creation.
  • Drive social media strategy and growth for clients, leveraging emerging formats and trends.
  • Ensure creative output meets strategic, aesthetic, and performance standards.
  • Represent the creative vision in client meetings and new business pitches.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in creative leadership, preferably in a digital/creative agency.
  • Strong background in copywriting and brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and art direction.
  • Experience working with consumer brands (B2B, FMCG, lifestyle, tech).
  • Proven ability to merge business goals with creative excellence.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in influencer-led or branded content campaigns is a plus.
