We’re looking for a 3D Environment Artist who can create visually rich, optimized, and modular game environments for real-time multiplayer experiences.📍 Location: Bhubaneswar (Work from Office)🕓 Type: Full-time | 6-day workweek💰 Salary: ₹40,000 per month🏗️ Role OverviewYou’ll design and build interactive 3D environments such as social hubs, apartments, outdoor locations, and themed worlds. You’ll collaborate closely with Unity developers, level designers, and VFX artists to ensure environments look premium while running smoothly on mobile devices.🧩 ResponsibilitiesCreate high-quality 3D environments for real-time game useModel modular assets, props, and architectural elementsDesign social spaces like lobbies, hangout zones, apartments, and outdoor areasOptimize meshes, textures, and draw calls for mobile performanceSet up assets in Unity (URP preferred) with correct scale, lighting, and materialsWork with lightmaps, reflection probes, and post-processingCollaborate with developers for environment interaction and navigation💡 Required SkillsStrong experience in 3D environment modeling (Blender / Maya / 3ds Max)Solid understanding of modular workflows and level compositionKnowledge of PBR texturing (Substance Painter / Designer)Experience with game-ready asset optimizationFamiliarity with Unity environment setup and lighting🌟 Bonus SkillsExperience working on multiplayer or social gamesKnowledge of terrain tools, foliage systems, and vegetation workflowsExperience creating stylized or semi-realistic environmentsUnderstanding of mobile performance constraints
