Loan Officer 

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Loan Officer to join our team . The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, in-depth bank knowledge, and experience in field sales to effectively serve our clients and drive loan growth.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and authorize approval of loan applications.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan options.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.
  • Conduct field visits and sales activities to generate new business and expand client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, banks, and other financial institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present loan proposals and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Loan Officer or similar role in the banking or financial sector.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and loan procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field sales activities.
