**Job Title: Loan Officer - HDFC Loans (Location**:Amdhabadh **)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential borrowers.
- Understand customers' financial needs and provide suitable loan solutions.
- **Loan Processing**:

- Conduct thorough financial analysis to assess the creditworthiness of applicants.
- Collaborate with customers to gather necessary information and ensure a smooth loan processing experience.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on HDFC loan products, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
- Educate customers on various loan options and guide them in choosing the most suitable product.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Keep abreast of changes in financial regulations and communicate updates to the team.
- **Sales and Targets**:

- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting HDFC loan products.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote other financial products offered by HDFC.
- **Documentation**:

- Verify and validate customer information and documents in accordance with the bank's policies.
- **Communication**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to address any issues or concerns raised by customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field.
- Prior experience in banking, finance, or sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with the local market in Rourkela is a plus.

**Salary Range**:
INR 25,000 to INR 40,000 per month, based on experience and performance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
