Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle for Analytics & IT solutions – from lead generation to closure.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in enterprise and mid-market segments.
  • Work closely with technical/pre-sales teams to design and propose Analytics-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term engagement and growth.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to position solutions effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and business presentations.
  • Collaborate with delivery and account management teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6 to 10 years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development with focus on Analytics, Data, BI, AI/ML, or Cloud solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in IT/Analytics services.
  • Strong understanding of Data Analytics, BI platforms, Big Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation offerings.
  • Experience in enterprise sales with C-level stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently with a result-oriented mind-set.
