Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop sales strategies, and manage a team of sales representatives. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend industry events, and gather market insights.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and sales management
- promotion and sales of Industrial Robots, PLC, Motion Controllers, IO Cards to prospect
customer.
- Conduct Market research and understand new business areas and needs of customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
