The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and offering the right Nextep solutions to meet client requirements in labeling and identification.Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target industries. • Engage with corporate clients to understand their labeling and identification needs. • Present Nextep’s products and solutions to key decision-makers. • Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets. • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of customer orders. • Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to support business growth.Qualifications • Diploma or Degree in Engineering - Mechanical, Electronics, Printing, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in B2B or industrial sales. • Prior experience with manufacturing or corporate clients preferred. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working independently. • Willingness to travel as required.
