We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. This position combines business development and tele-calling responsibilities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, develop and nurture client relationships, and conduct Tele-calling activities to generate leads and close sales.



Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Research and identify potential business opportunities through various channels, including online research, industry events, and networking.
  • Generate leads and prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and other outbound sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking all sales activities and updating the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.



Tele-calling:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospects and leads generated through various channels.
  • Introduce our services, highlight their benefits, and address any customer queries or concerns.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture relationships to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Achieve individual and team-based sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all Tele-calling activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, conversion rates, and revenue generated.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or telecalling roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with colleagues from different departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
