Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, identifying and partnering with relevant influencers, creating and managing influencer campaigns, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing data to drive results. The role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams and staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure effective influencer marketing campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and implementing influencer marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Ability to identify and engage with relevant influencers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in managing influencer campaigns and tracking campaign performance
  • Data analysis skills to measure the effectiveness of influencer marketing efforts
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, and content creation preferably in an advertising agency or content led organization.
  • Ability to lead the vertical
  • Have a strong influencer network to help brands find the right influencers.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strategize successful influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Develop influencer marketing campaigns that meet their expectations.
  • Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders.
  • Conduct research and analyze data to identify key trends and insights that will inform campaign strategy.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop engaging and effective influencer campaign content.
  • Monitor and measure campaign performance, and adjust strategy as needed to ensure success.
  • Develop KPI frameworks which meet business goals.
  • Project manage influencer marketing campaigns from initial response through to post campaign reporting, including campaign activation and talent content creation.
  • Take responsibility for campaign budget management to ensure campaign profitability and ensure deadlines and key milestones are met.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns
  • In depth knowledge of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
