About the Role:

The Influencer Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in the growth and success of Embryolisse India and Temptu India. This position involves supporting the Social Media communications team, PR Marketing team, and the VP of Marketing by initiating, managing, and scaling ongoing affiliate and influencer programs. The goal is to generate content creation, build a loyal community, and drive brand love. The Influencer Marketing Specialist will lead social outreach and activation creation to increase attributed revenue generated by influencer affiliates.


Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Influencer Marketing budgets of ₹15L+.

- Work on YouTube and Instagram Influencer campaigns.

- Plan, initiate, and execute creative influencer strategies and campaign plans.

- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users.

- Keep up-to-date on emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.

- Liaise with the marketing team to support in creating and coordinating marketing strategies that work across different channels.

- Plan influencer events and social activations with the Education & Content Manager and Social Media Coordinator, such as ambassador giveaways, takeovers, and features.

- Collaborate with the Operations Team to ensure campaigns are deployed on-time.

- Curate personalized gifting for top influencers to develop relationships.

- Build strong relationships with influencers to foster brand loyalty.

- Support the divisional team in managing performance and ensuring the program is running efficiently and optimizing investment.

- Repurpose influencer content for brand use, including paid ads.

- Measure key KPIs and provide regular reporting on program development.

- Utilize data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Excel to track and report on influencer campaign performance.


Requirements and Skills:

- Experience:

 - Proven work experience as an Influencer Marketing Executive.

 - 2 to 4 years of experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns, specifically for skincare and makeup brands.

 - Experience handling budgets up to ₹50 lakh.


- Skills:

 - Very good knowledge of influencers and influencer marketing strategies.

 - Exemplary organization skills, communication skills, and reporting skills.

 - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote, Adobe Suite, Canva, and Shopify+.

 - Ability to think creatively and strategically.

 - Driven and goal-oriented with a proactive approach.

 - Team player with strong collaboration skills across functions.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven ability to manage and execute large-scale influencer marketing campaigns.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to look at data and derive actionable insights.
