JOB RESPONSIBILITY


Recruitment

• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track recruitment activities.


Exit & Clearance

• Handling Exit Process.

• Coordination with other departments (IT/Admin/Finance/Department) for the Clearance process. • Conduct an Exit Interview & document feedback and suggestions for organizational improvement.

• Preparation of Full and final settlement documents.

• Compile any other necessary documents (e.g., relieving letter, settlement details).

• Mark as Exit in Software and HRIS or in other required database.


HR Operations

• Training needs Assessment & participating in Skill Development Initiatives for employees.

• Experience in handling Induction for new joiners includes guiding them through onboarding processes, familiarizing them with company policies.

• Arranging/ Deliver training sessions using a variety of methods, including classroom instruction, virtual training, workshops and seminars.

• In coordination with Team Head, work on performance management processes, performance evaluations and performance improvement plans.

• Perform other duties as & when required and assigned by the HR Head.


QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and HR generalist activities.

• Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.

• Excellent Oral & Written Communication.

• Excellent documentation skills using MS Word, Power Point, Excel.

• MBA in Human Resources or relevant field.
