We’re Hiring: Business Development Manager – Iron Ore Projects (Mining, Crushing & Raw Material Handling)Location:Bilaspur (Flexible) | Hybrid (Office + Travel) Salary:₹60,000 per month Reporting To:Director – Business DevelopmentAbout the Role We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Development Manager (BDM)to drive growth inmining, crushing, and raw material handling projects , with a focus on steel plant operations. The right candidate will have strong connections acrossJSW, ESL, AMNS, Tata Steel, and other leading steel producers and Iron ore mining companies , along with the ability to blend business acumen with operational knowledge.What You’ll Do ✅ Build & strengthen relationships with major steel producers ✅ Identify new business opportunities, RFPs & tenders ✅ Lead commercial discussions & contract negotiations ✅ Collaborate with technical/operations teams for proposals ✅ Represent the company in meetings, forums & industry events What We’re Looking For 8–15 years’ experience in BD/Sales/Key Account Management (Mining/Crushing/Steel Plant Projects) Strong connections across procurement & project teams of top steel players B.Tech/Diploma (Mining/Mechanical/Metallurgy) or MBA (Sales/Marketing) Strong commercial negotiation & deal closure skills Willingness to travel extensively Why Join Us? ✨ Competitive pay + incentives ✨ Hybrid role with client-facing exposure ✨ Work directly with top steel industry clients ✨ High-growth environment with career advancement opportunities
