Job Description:We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba Lead Consultant to manage end-to-end Ariba implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across Ariba modules, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA integration.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage SAP Ariba implementation projects (Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Buying, Invoicing, etc.).Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Drive system configuration, solution design, and integration with SAP ERP/S/4HANA systems.Conduct workshops, design reviews, and provide guidance to functional and technical teams.Handle supplier enablement and catalog management processes.Ensure successful testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Mentor and guide junior Ariba consultants and team members.Stay updated on new Ariba features, releases, and best practices.Required Skills & Experience:8–12 years of overall experience with at least 6+ years in SAP Ariba.Strong hands-on experience in Ariba Sourcing, Contracts, SLP, Buying, and Invoicing modules.Experience in Ariba Integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA via CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway).Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.Experience managing end-to-end implementation and rollout projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ariba certification is an added advantage.Nice to Have:Knowledge of SAP Ariba Network, Commerce Automation, and Guided Buying.Experience in Ariba API and integration troubleshooting.Exposure to Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
