Description

We are looking for a dedicated RF Engineer & Technician to join uConnect Technologies in RAJ/Odisha/Gujrat/Karnataka/AP/Chennai/Hyderabad . As an entry-level professional in the Technical Deployment department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of telecommunications projects. This position is vital to our company's operations, involving the design, testing, and maintenance of RF systems to optimize network performance and reliability.

As an RF Engineer & Technician at uConnect Technologies, you will work on cutting-edge projects that involve RF technology, antenna systems, and signal propagation. Your contributions will directly impact the quality of telecommunications services we provide to our customers. Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing RF systems for telecommunications projects.
  • Conducting RF testing and troubleshooting to ensure network performance.
  • Performing site surveys and analyzing RF coverage.
  • Configuring and optimizing antenna systems.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support project requirements.
  • Maintaining RF equipment and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Assisting in the installation and commissioning of RF hardware.
  • Documenting procedures, configurations, and test results.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
  • Knowledge of RF principles, antenna theory, and signal propagation.
  • Experience with RF testing equipment such as spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
  • Proficiency in RF simulation tools and software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
