Job Description:

  • You will support RF engineers in installing and removing RF equipment on towers and customer sites, align antennas as instructed, route outdoor cables neatly, and maintain strict safety discipline. You must be medically fit for work at height and comfortable with ladders and harness use.

Responsibilities:

  • Climb towers and structures safely using full body harness and double lanyard
  • Assist in mounting brackets, poles, and equipment trays
  • Use pulley or block and tackle to move equipment safely
  • Route outdoor CAT6 through conduit and saddles with drip loops
  • Weatherproof all connectors with butyl and self amalgamating tape
  • Maintain housekeeping and barricade the work area
  • Complete entry and exit reporting and photo evidence as per checklist

Must Have:

  • Work at height experience and harness discipline
  • Basic tool handling, drilling, and chemical anchors for base plates
  • Ability to follow alignment instructions and maintain tidy cabling

Good to Have

  • Experience on IBS or Wi Fi or BTS work
  • Basic awareness of RF equipment and PoE
