Role Objective

We're looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial RF Testing Engineer to drive growth for our Smart Metering RF Testing.

RF Testing Engineer is responsible to Validate RF and GPRS communication devices as per given test plan

Key Responsibilities

  • RF parameter testing.
  • ipv4/ipv6 protocol testing.
  • RF mesh network testing.
  • Protocol testing as per IEEE standard.
  • RF devices installation for test bed and their analysis.
  • GPRS technology(2G/3G/4G) communication testing.
  • Cyber Security testing for communication devices.
  • Energy meter protocol testing.
  • Travel to customer locations or vendors for trainings, issue solving or presentations.
  • Developing Validation Test Cases.
  • Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios

What You Bring

  • 2 to 10 years of RF Testing experience in metering industry preferable.
  • Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation skills

Skills required

  • Good knowledge of basic Electronics and RF engineering.
  • Experience in communication protocols and IEEE standards.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • RF Hardware testing knowledge
