Job Title: Admission Associate/Manager - School Outreach Programs


We are looking for dynamic and motivated Admission Associate’s/Manager’s to lead our school outreach programs for the University. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to attract prospective students from schools, fostering strong relationships with school principals, teachers and counselors, and representing IILM University at various school events and fairs. This role is pivotal in enhancing the university's visibility and reputation among schools.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach and Relationship Building:

· - Develop and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers counselors and administrators, and key stakeholders in schools.

· - Plan and execute school visits, presentations, workshops, and information sessions to promote IILM University’s programs.

· - Represent IILM University at school fairs, education expos, and other relevant events.

Strategic Planning and Implementation:

· - Design and implement strategic outreach plans to increase awareness and interest in IILM University’s academic programs.

· - Identify and target new schools and regions to expand the university’s outreach efforts.

· - Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to align outreach activities with overall enrollment goals.

Communication and Marketing:

· - In coordination with the marketing team develop and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and digital content, tailored for school audiences.

· - Create and manage content for outreach presentations and workshops.

Data Management and Reporting:

· - Track and analyze outreach activities and their impact on student inquiries and applications.

· - Maintain an up-to-date database of school contacts and engagement activities.

· - Prepare regular reports on outreach efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

· - Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a seamless transition of prospective students from inquiry to application.

· - Coordinate with academic departments to involve faculty in outreach initiatives and provide prospective students with insights into specific programs.

Qualifications & Experience Required

· Bachelor’s degree (Education, Marketing, Communication, or a related field)

· 3-5 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or school outreach, preferably in a higher education setting.
