Calling All Creative TrailblazersMakeAR (the techy-cool arm of Impresario) is turning up the volume—and we want YOU on our creative squadIf designing jaw-dropping visuals and pushing the limits of imagination is your vibe, then slide into our inbox. ✨We’re hunting for a Creative Strategist—someone who’s got equal parts brainpower and artistic mojo.If you dream in color, think in stories, and speak fluent “brand magic,” we need to talk.Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):- Dream up wild, wonderful ideas and bring them to life with 2D illustrations. - Jam with a crew of graphic wizards, 3D sorcerers, code crafters & UX alchemists. - Turn client briefs into chef’s kiss creative concepts and visual action plans. - Craft stunning pitch decks that wow, woo, and win hearts. - Take Sherlock-level notes in client meetings so we nail every tiny detail. - Dive deep into research rabbit holes to find bold ideas and fresh inspo. - Team up across departments to brainstorm and reality-check ideas. - Be the friendly face our clients love hearing from (and trust). - Stay plugged into the latest in tech, trends, and what’s hot in promo marketing. - Add sparkle to our social feeds, emails, and digital campaigns with killer ideas.We’re vibing with people who have :- A degree in Visual Communication or a creatively tilted field of study. - Mad skills in sketching, design thinking, storytelling, layout, character design, type, and motion. - A nose for VR, AR, and the next big thing in immersive experiences. - A portfolio that makes us say “whoa.” - A knack for visual branding and digital IP design that shines in marketing campaigns.You’re a rockstar if you know your way around:- Microsoft PowerPoint (yep, even the fancy animations) - Figma (design playground) - Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (duh) - After Effects (for making things move) - Premiere Pro (lights, camera, edit)Experience: 1–4 years in the creative wild.Location - NoidaWhy you’ll love it here:- A super chill, flexible, multicultural work vibe. - Teammates who are both ambitious and awesome. - A role that’ll challenge and grow you in all the right ways. - Monthly fun, games, and energy boosts with our engagement activities.Ready to level up your creative game ?Drop your resume + work samples at richa.bhattacharya@makear.aiLet’s create some magic together.
