You will manage complex, cross-functional projects, driving operational efficiency and successful adoption of IAM solutions across the organization.This position requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies, strong stakeholder management skills, and proven experience in delivering IT and InfoSec programs within large enterprises.Key Responsibilities :Project Leadership & Delivery :- Lead end-to-end execution of IAM and Information Security projects using Agile, Hybrid, or Scaled Agile (SAFe) frameworks.- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.Stakeholder Management :- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding IT, Security, Compliance, and Business unitsto align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure effective communication.Agile Program Facilitation :- Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and release planning sessions.
