Established in 2004, KCI has evolved over the years from purely operational efficiencies into more value-added service offerings, becoming a true business partner. There are various teams based at KCI that work with Global Offices, Practice Groups, and the Management across all aspects of the firm's business life cycle. With a headcount of more than 500, the center has 5 core teams working including Experts, Research Operations, Visual Solutions, Projects/CV Capture and Digital IT, working round the clock on many mission critical elements. Who We Are We are part of Digital-IT team established 17 years ago in Gurgaon, India to provide technology support and rollout digital initiatives to 60 plus global offices. Digital IT has six key pillars – Collaboration Technology; Functional Technology; Digital Technology; Security & Architecture; Infrastructure & Services, Digital Success to support business and to take lead on digital transformation initiatives with the total strength of 150+ team members across the globe. Requirements Job Description    What will you do?  Identity and Access Management (IAM):  Administer and maintain IAM solutions to ensure secure and appropriate access to organizational resources.  Implement and manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews across cloud and on-premises systems.  Support the integration of IAM with Office 365, Azure AD, and other enterprise applications.  Create New Conditional Access Policies to cater to business needs and well as Review and optimize Conditional Access Policies  Monitor and respond to IAM-related incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.  Collaborate with internal teams to enforce role-based access controls (RBAC) and least privilege principles.  Participate in IAM-related projects such as onboarding new applications, automating access workflows, and enhancing authentication mechanisms (e.g., MFA, conditional access), Secret and Certificate rotation etc.  Maintain and update IAM documentation, including process flows, SOPs, and technical configurations.  Office 365 Administration:  Perform day-to-day administration of Office 365 services including SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Teams etc.  Configure and manage Office 365 security features such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Defender for Office 365.  Support compliance initiatives by maintaining audit logs, retention policies, and access controls.  Assist in troubleshooting and resolving Office 365-related issues and service requests.  Work with the Security Operations team to ensure Office 365 logs are integrated into SIEM and relevant alerts are generated.  Operational Security and Projects:  Participate in security operations tasks such as user access audits, incident response, and vulnerability remediation.  Support project-based initiatives including IAM tool upgrades, Office 365 feature rollouts, and security policy implementations.  Conduct periodic reviews of access controls and security configurations to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security enhancements and operational improvements.  What will you need to succeed?  Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.  Experience:  4+ years of experience in IT Security with a strong focus on Identity and Access Management and Office 365 administration.  Hands-on experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, and IAM lifecycle processes.  Experience managing Office 365 tenants and security configurations.  Familiarity with Defender for Office 365 and Microsoft compliance tools.  Skills:  Strong understanding of IAM principles, RBAC, and authentication protocols.  Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell for automation and administration tasks.  Experience with Microsoft Graph API is a plus.  Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.  Effective communication and collaboration abilities.  Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and project deliverables simultaneously.  Good to have:  MS-102 or equivalent Microsoft certification.  Benefits Benefits which make us unique At EZ, we know that great people are what makes a great firm.
