Role Overview: As a Program Manager at Zepto, you will be responsible for managing and executing key projects that drive our business forward. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, apply first principle thinking, and leverage your analytical skills to solve complex problems. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to take ownership and drive results in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution: Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Problem Solving: Apply first principle thinking to break down complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to inform decision-making and measure project success.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across product, operations, and analytics to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
