About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced React Native Developer with 6 to 10 years of overall software development experience, including at least 2 years specializing in React Native mobile app development. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and performant consumer-facing mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. Your work will involve designing robust app architectures, developing complex user interfaces, and ensuring high code quality through automated testing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop scalable and maintainable React Native mobile applications with a strong focus on performance and user experience.

- Develop new features and maintain existing ones, writing clean, reusable, and efficient code using JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Design and implement component architecture using modern React patterns such as Higher-Order Components (HOC), Render Props, and Hooks to promote reusability and maintainability.

- Apply atomic design principles to build UI components that are modular, scalable, and consistent across platforms.

- Integrate apps with various external systems, including RESTful APIs and third-party SDKs, ensuring smooth communication and error handling.

- Write unit tests and integration tests using Jest and Mocha to ensure code reliability and maintainability.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve defects in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including backend engineers, QA, and product managers, in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality products on schedule.

- Implement app telemetry, analytics, and performance monitoring using tools such as Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics to optimize user experience and app stability.

- Follow best practices for mobile security, including data encryption and secure API communication.

- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior developers.

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, frameworks, and tools, proactively suggesting improvements to the codebase and development process.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- 6 to 10 years of professional software development experience.

- Minimum 2 years of focused experience in React Native development.

- Proven track record of publishing at least 2 React Native apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with in-depth understanding of ES6+ features.

- Solid understanding of React Native architecture, lifecycle, and core concepts.

- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.

- Proficient in styling with CSS-in-JS solutions like styled-components.

- Familiarity with Android and iOS platform internals, build/release process, and app store deployment guidelines.

- Experience writing automated tests using Jest and Mocha, including snapshot and integration testing.

- Knowledge of native mobile concepts such as networking, caching, permissions, and device capabilities.

- Familiarity with Git, Jira, Jenkins, or equivalent CI/CD and project management tools.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
