About the Role :

We are looking for a skilled and passionate React Native Developer to join our mobile app development team. You will play a key role in building high-performance, scalable, and feature-rich cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. Working closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers, youll deliver seamless user experiences and contribute to every stage of the product lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop advanced, maintainable mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms

- Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs, backend services, and third-party SDKs

- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX using styled-components or similar styling approaches

- Optimize application performance for maximum speed, responsiveness, and low battery consumption

- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following modern JavaScript (ES6+) standards

- Use Redux, Context API, or MobX for state management in large-scale applications

- Troubleshoot and debug production issues, perform code reviews, and ensure high code quality

- Participate in Agile development processes, sprint planning, and regular stand-ups

- Publish apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store, managing app releases, updates, and crash fixes

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native, building cross-platform mobile apps

- Strong command over JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices

- Deep understanding of React lifecycle, hooks, navigation (React Navigation), and performance optimizations

- Familiarity with mobile development tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and platform-specific APIs

- Experience with native modules integration (Swift, Java/Kotlin) in React Native apps

- Solid knowledge of mobile app architecture, memory management, and debugging tools

- Experience using Git and working in version-controlled teams

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Fastlane, CodePush, and over-the-air updates

- Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, or Socket.io integrations

- Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like Jest, Detox, or Mocha

- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile app deployment

- Published at least 12 apps live on Play Store/App Store

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design

Soft Skills :

- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Proactive, adaptable, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies
