In this role, you will lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance Android applications that power our fintech solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — Product, Design, Backend, and QA — to deliver secure, user-friendly, and reliable mobile experiences.Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Drive the end-to-end delivery of complex app modules — from design to deployment — ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Design and implement clean, modular, and maintainable architecture usingMVVMandClean Architectureprinciples across Android and sharedKMMcomponents. Develop rich UIs usingJetpack ComposeandCompose Multiplatform , maintaining design accuracy through close collaboration with theUI/UX team (Figma) . Integrate and optimizeRESTful APIswith robust error handling, caching, and offline support. Apply modern Android practices usingCoroutines, Flow, Hilt/Koin, Navigation Component, Room,andWorkManager . Optimize app performance, memory efficiency, and responsiveness while maintainingsecurity and compliance standards . Collaborate effectively withProduct, Design, Backend,andQAteams to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Maintain high code quality throughcode reviews, unit testing,andCI/CD best practices . Monitor app stability and analytics usingFirebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics,andPerformance Monitoring , driving improvements through insights. Stay up to date with emergingAndroid and Multiplatformtechnologies to continuously improve team efficiency and product quality.Must have technical / professional qualifications: 5+ yearsof hands-on Android development experience with strong proficiency inKotlin . Practical experience working onKotlin Multiplatform Mobile (KMM)projects. Expertise inJetpack Compose, MVVM, Dependency Injection (Hilt/Koin), Coroutines,andFlow . Strong understanding ofasynchronous programming, multi-threading,andmemory optimization . Proven experience inmodular architecture designandfeature-based project structure . Solid experience integratingRESTful APIsand managingdata synchronization . Familiarity withFirebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Performance Monitoring)andMixpanelfor app analytics and stability. Deep understanding ofmobile app security best practices— secure storage, encryption, and vulnerability prevention. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively inagile, cross-functional teams . Strong ownership mindset with the ability toprioritize and deliverwithin timelines. Experience inPOS, fintech, or payment domainapplications. Knowledge ofremote configuration, feature toggles,anddynamic UI management . Exposure toCI/CD pipelines(GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar). Basic understanding ofiOS integrationinKMM projects .
