Who we're looking for:- MBA in Sales & Marketing (engineering background is a plus).- 10+ years of proven success in lighting sales, with 3+ years leading at national/regional scale.- Strategic yet hands-on, with a track record of building networks that deliver growth.- A persuasive communicator, negotiator, and closer.- A leader who doesn't just manage but inspires people to outperform themselves.
