Sales Engineer

Role: Executive - Sales & Business Development (Hyderabad location)
Education Qualification: BE / BTech (Mechanical / Chemical / Biotechnology) with preferably BBA / MBA (Marketing)
Years of Experience: 4 to 6 years in Business Development and Marketing of Aseptic Process Equipment
Travel Requirement: Yes, extensively
Accountable and Responsible for :
1.Should be an Intelligent and Mature Planner to synchronize the Organizational needs with the Market Opportunities-&-Challenges AND have the knowledge of the Business/Project-Drivers of the Market.
2.Should ---
- Be Persuasive to consistently log a high % of Call-Conversion to active Sales,
- Facilitate Profitable Sales figures,
- Be able to Sense 'Win-Win' Deals,
- Attend to Customer Grievances equitably.
3.Should possess a high degree of Accountability and should be Dogged to consistently meet Pre- Planned Annual Revenue Growth AND Annual Profit Margins.
4.Should ---
- Be Customer focused for Increasing the Customer-base,
- Sustain a mutually rewarding Customer Relationship,
- Foster a robust Brand Loyalty,
- Possess an Awareness for the Organization's Technical and Economic competitiveness.
5.Should have the Ability to be Innovative and to 'think on his/her feet' in order to offer solutions to the Customers that would be mutually rewarding.
6.Should be able to objectively Self-assess his/her Customer Profitability (respective Customer-generated Profit Margins-to-Cost of Customer Relationship) AND to consistently increase on the Organization's existing Customer Base.
7.Should be constantly on the lookout for Cost Optimization to both the Customer and the Organization AND to never shy away from Following up on overdue Payments from Customers post the successful closure / commissioning of the Order / Project.
8.Should be an Effective Team Player who would have the ability to ferret out the causes/reasons for Win-Loss of Orders / Projects and would thereafter be able to engage in fruitful analyses with his/her Superiors & the Technical Sales Support Team for advise to either build-on-the gains
OR engage in course correction.
9.Should be Savvy enough in Social Networking in order to be able to Organize and Represent the Organization in targeted Networking Events, Fairs & Exhibitions.
10.Should be Ready to Travel either on Planned Tours OR impromptu exigencies.
