Role Summary:

As our Operations Manager, you will coordinate cross-team communication, ensure everyone is updated on product developments, track and fill operational gaps, and problem-solve across business functions. You'll work closely with the founders and all teams (Product, Content, Tech, Growth) to streamline operations and foster a culture of clarity and agility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate cross-team communication and information flow using Trello+Notion.

- Own and improve systems for status updates, process documentation, and operational transparency.

- Identify operational gaps-whether in workflow, staffing, or process-and take proactive steps to close them.

- Assist with project management across departments, removing roadblocks and ensuring smooth handovers.

- Be the first responder for problem-solving across day-to-day challenges, ambiguity, or new initiatives.

- Regularly update the team on key product changes, priorities, and launch plans.

- Develop and report on KPIs related to cross-team efficiency and operational health.

- Support founders with special projects and ad-hoc operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-6 years working in operations, project management, or cross-functional startup roles.

- Demonstrated ability to coordinate between multiple teams and keep everyone aligned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with remote work and digital collaboration tools.

- Self-motivated and passionate about startups. Expect 60 hours work week.

- High adaptability and a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and process improvement experience.

- Ability to identify issues before they become blockers and drive solutions independently.

- Resourceful, execution-oriented, and a passion for continuous Experience in content/media, or app-based startups.

- Exposure to HR, hiring coordination, or basic financial operations.

- Familiarity with early-stage company will be competitive, commensurate with your experience.
