Role: HR Generalist

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai (on-site)

We are a marketing technology startup based in Mumbai, helping SMEs and amp; Enterprises to build and maintain their marketing technology stack and sales pipelines. We are looking for a qualified HR Generalist to join our Mumbai-based team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in Human Resources and will be responsible for various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, and compliance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
  • Resolve employee grievances
  • Assist in performance management and employee evaluation processes
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, etc.)

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources or related field
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Self-motivated with ability to learn new technologies
