Key Responsibilities:- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of ERP systems for manufacturing operations.- Work closely with functional teams to map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation across departments.- Drive quality and process improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.- Identify productivity bottlenecks and implement system-based solutions for efficiency enhancement.- Coordinate with IT vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth ERP rollout.- Train and support end-users to ensure effective adoption of new systems and practices.- Develop and track KPIs to measure improvement in process performance and operational Qualifications and Skills :- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.- Around 5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, or ERP implementation within a manufacturing or process industry.- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain, and process optimization.- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Quality Management Systems.- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.- Strong eye for detail, ability to execute and get things implemented.- Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work across multiple We Offer :- Opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation project in a 100+ year old organization.- Exposure to modern manufacturing systems and process excellence frameworks.- Collaborative work environment with leadership support for innovation and improvement.- Competitive compensation package in line with industry standards.
