We are growing by diversifying our portfolio, Miles has other business verticals Futurense (Tech JV), MedSkills (Healthcare JV,) Mojo Campus (Student Housing JV).

We're also working on an ambitious new initiative (moon-shot) to disrupt higher education Miles Campus.

Our target revenues for the upcoming fiscal year is INR 500 crores + and we will continue to be profitable.

We are bootstrapped but we're expecting fund raising and are a soon-to-be-unicorn ("soonicorn").

Job Description :

You'll be set up for success as a UI/UX Designer at Miles if :

We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team.

- The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for user center design, and the ability to transform complex concepts into intuitive and engaging user experiences.

- User Research : Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.

- Wireframing & Prototyping : Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Visual Design : Develop high-fidelity mockups, UI elements, and interactive prototypes that are visually appealing and enhance the user experience.

- Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze results, and iterate on designs to improve user experience.

- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.

- Design Systems : Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.

- Stay Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer science, or a related field.

- Experience : 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

- Portfolio : Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work, including examples of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
