Company Description Iyra Beach Cafe, opening shortlyRole Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Varkala, Thiruvananthapuram, for a continental chef. As it is a new cafe, thechef will have the responsibility and freedom to experiment and curate new dishes with the head chef. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and managing kitchen staff. Day-to-day tasks include creating the best dishes, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ordering supplies, and ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. Accommodation will be provided.Qualifications Skilled in cooking English breakfast, French toast, pancakes, smoothie bowls, burgers and sandwiches.
