About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Pune or Mumbai.

- In this crucial role, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our processes and services by implementing and facilitating quality management systems, conducting audits, and promoting best practices across various Management System (QMS) Implementation:

- Implement and facilitate the Kiya.ai QMS across assigned projects or departments.

- Guide teams in process tailoring and ensure alignment with organizational quality standards.

Process Improvement & Best Practices:

- Conduct regular process reviews to identify areas for improvement, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies.

- Train teams on process-related best practices and quality management principles.

- Assist teams in defect prevention activities and promote a proactive approach to quality.

Process Compliance & Audits:

- Perform regular internal audits to verify adherence to established processes and identify non-conformances.

- Track and report non-conformances to management, ensuring timely corrective actions are taken.

Metrics & Reporting:

- Guide teams in selecting appropriate quality metrics, collecting relevant data, and setting achievable quality goals.

- Prepare insightful reports summarizing process performance, audit findings, and quality metrics.

Communication & Collaboration:

- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams, management, and stakeholders.

- Participate in senior management reviews and facilitate discussions related to quality Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).

- 2-6 years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related role.

- Working knowledge of quality management principles and frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).

- Experience in conducting internal audits and analyzing process performance metrics.

- Familiarity with various project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects effectively, and meet deadlines
