Role :
Minimum 5+ experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare Domain (mainly for US market). Will collaborate with clients to gather business requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and work with technical teams to deliver tailored healthcare IT solutions. Focus will be on improving healthcare systems such as EHR, RCM, and patient management while ensuring adherence to US healthcare regulations like HIPAA and CMS standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with healthcare clients to define and document business needs.
Solution Design : Translate requirements into IT solutions, focusing on EHR, RCM, and patient management systems.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to HIPAA, HITECH, CMS, and other US healthcare regulations.
Data Analysis : Analyze healthcare data and generate insights for decision-making.
Documentation & Testing : Create user stories, functional specs, and support UAT.
Client Liaison : Act as the key point of contact between clients and technical teams.
Project Support : Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Nice to Have :
Healthcare IT certifications.
Experience with tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI for data analysis.
Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
