Job Title : Tech Delivery Manager

Position Overview :

As a Tech Delivery Manager, you will play a critical role in driving technology projects that enhance our eCommerce platform. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products and features that align with business goals. Your leadership will be key in fostering collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements.

- Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of developers, QA engineers, and UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Tech Review : Able to oversee project architecture, technical delivery and work with developers on complex problems

- Agile Methodologies : Implement and promote Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban) to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.

- Quality Assurance : Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with user experience best practices.

- Risk Management : Identify potential risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive process improvements and encourage innovation within the team to enhance project delivery and performance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Tech Delivery Manager or similar role, preferably in eCommerce or retail.

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management frameworks.

- Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
