RUN:Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients the possibility to outsource certain HR processes, particularly payroll.Our recent€500 million fundraisingaims to accelerate our growth and international expansion, with the objective ofdoubling our revenue within five yearsand becoming theworld leader in digital HR transformation .YOUR MISSIONS As aWorkday Integration Consultant , you will be involved in Workday implementation projects for our clients, with the following responsibilities:Solution Implementation Project Participate in implementation projects (configuration workshops, testing, go-live support, training for administrators and users) and write reports to ensure project follow-up. Contribute to translating client requirements into deliverables, drafting documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance testing, training materials). Configure modules to deliver a functional solution tailored to client needs and assess the impact of configurations on HR processes or modules within your area of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent).Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy integrationsusingWorkday Studio ,Core Connectors ,EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) , andWorkday Web Services (SOAP/REST) . Analyze client business requirements and translate them into robust integration designs. Configure and manageinbound and outbound data flows , ensuring accuracy and compliance with security protocols. Develop and maintainXSLT ,XML ,JSON , andJavaScripttransformations to support complex data mapping. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Supportdata migration ,system upgrades , andrelease managementactivities. Work with functional teams to validate data and integration outputs during testing phases. Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures. Stay current withWorkday releasesand identify opportunities to enhance integration efficiency and scalability.YOUR PROFILE You have in-depth knowledge ofWeb Servicesand programming languages such asXSLT, XML, and JavaScript . You hold aWorkday HCM and Integration certification . You have a good command ofEnglish , allowing you to work effectively in an international context. Ideally, you have experience working oninternationalormultinational projects . You demonstrateenergy, rigor, listening and analytical skills , and astrong team spiritto thrive in an innovative and motivating project environment.
