Our 2,300 employees are spread across 28 countries.Our mission is to support our clients at every stage of their digital HR transformation through a comprehensive range of services.Advise to Run HR Path, Global Leader in HR SolutionsADVISE: We help our clients transform their HR function by redefining their HR organization and digitalizing their HRIS processes.IMPLEMENT: As a partner of the main software vendors on the market, we implement and integrate HRIS solutions (SaaS or On-Premise) for our clients.RUN: Thanks to our global payroll expertise, we offer our clients the possibility to outsource certain HR processes, particularly payroll.Our recent €500 million fundraising aims to accelerate our growth and international expansion, with the objective of doubling our revenue within five years and becoming the world leader in digital HR transformation .YOUR MISSIONSAs a Workday Integration Consultant , you will be involved in Workday implementation projects for our clients, with the following responsibilities:Solution Implementation ProjectParticipate in implementation projects (configuration workshops, testing, go-live support, training for administrators and users) and write reports to ensure project follow-up.Contribute to translating client requirements into deliverables, drafting documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance testing, training materials).Configure modules to deliver a functional solution tailored to client needs and assess the impact of configurations on HR processes or modules within your area of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent).Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio , Core Connectors , EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) , and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) .Analyze client business requirements and translate them into robust integration designs.Configure and manage inbound and outbound data flows , ensuring accuracy and compliance with security protocols.Develop and maintain XSLT , XML , JSON , and JavaScript transformations to support complex data mapping.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Support data migration , system upgrades , and release management activities.Work with functional teams to validate data and integration outputs during testing phases.Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.Stay current with Workday releases and identify opportunities to enhance integration efficiency and scalability.YOUR PROFILEYou have in-depth knowledge of Web Services and programming languages such as XSLT, XML, and JavaScript .You hold a Workday HCM and Integration certification .You have a good command of English , allowing you to work effectively in an international context.Ideally, you have experience working on international or multinational projects .You demonstrate energy, rigor, listening and analytical skills , and a strong team spirit to thrive in an innovative and motivating project environment.You are adaptable and have excellent communication skills .WHAT WE OFFERA stimulating work environment within an entrepreneurial and international culture .Cross-functional activities that encourage teamwork and excellence.Numerous career development opportunities (horizontal, vertical, and international mobility).Annual salary reviews on your anniversary date to reward performance.Extensive training opportunities (internal university, certifications).As a company certified “Happy at Work” , we offer a healthy work-life balance with remote work possibilities .A friendly work atmosphere (quarterly team activities, annual international seminar).See you soon at HR Path
