About the Role

The Lead Corporate Communications role is pivotal in shaping and managing the ElasticRun brand's reputation. This role involves crafting and executing proactive and reactive communication strategies, engaging both internal and external stakeholders, and enhancing the company's visibility across digital and print media.

You will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive communication campaigns, organizing major events (employee town halls, press conferences, roadshows), and collaborating closely with Founders, HR, and Business Heads to develop high-impact strategic communication tools such as case studies, presentations, and fact sheets. The position will also focus on employer branding, highlighting key successes, best practices, and ensuring strong participation in industry forums and campus engagements.

Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)

- Strategic Communications Leadership: Develop and lead ElasticRun's corporate communication and public relations strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and thorough execution.

- Reputation & Brand Management: Work on building and sustaining a positive reputation for ElasticRun by highlighting success stories, industry participation, and employer branding. Develop relationships with industry forums, campus presence, and government agencies.

- Internal & External Communication: Design and implement communication frameworks to support business goals, key decision-making, and change management across the organization.

- Media & Public Relations: Establish and manage relationships with the media, industry bodies, and government agencies to drive brand visibility and manage ElasticRun's reputation. Craft and manage all media outreach including press releases, media inquiries, and interview opportunities.

- Digital & Social Media Strategy: Lead the development of digital and social media strategies, ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. Manage website content, blogs, video feeds, and relevant social media channels.

- Crisis Communication & Media Messaging: Develop messaging frameworks for both proactive and reactive communications. Oversee media relations, including organizing leadership interactions with key media personnel and handling crisis communications.

- Event Management & Employee Engagement: Plan and manage key corporate events such as employee town halls, press conferences, and industry roadshows. Create impactful communication collateral to support these initiatives.

- Content Creation: Lead the creation of various content types including byline articles, keynote presentations, press materials, and internal newsletters.

Job Specification (What Will You Need)

- 10-14 years of hands-on experience in Corporate Communications, Public Relations, and brand reputation management.

- Master's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, or Public Relations from a reputed institution.

- Proven experience in managing relationships with senior-level journalists, PR agencies, and media outlets across India. Strong media connections are essential.

- Ability to leverage data-driven insights to build compelling PR narratives and execute impactful communication campaigns that align with broader business goals.

- Extensive experience in handling the corporate communications in industries such as Consumer, Automotive, Internet, logistics, or tech-enabled organisation, strong relationships with media and industry influencers

- Experience in establishing corporate communications functions from scratch, particularly in high-growth environments, and having been part of an organization through its IPO journey.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute
