Job Title: Project Manager – IT (CRM Domain) with CLM Support Capability Employer:Tech Mahindra Employment Type:Full-Time Domain:Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Experience Level:10+ years in IT project management, with CRM and CLM exposure ️ Role Overview Tech Mahindra is seeking a highly experiencedProject Manager – IT (CRM Domain)to lead strategic CRM initiatives for our global client, , a leader in specialty chemicals. The ideal candidate will also possess working knowledge ofContract Lifecycle Management (CLM)systems and be capable of supporting cross-functional CLM projects. This role is based out of Tech Mahindra’s Pune office and involves close collaboration with global business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of CRM projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and IT teams to gather requirements and define scope Manage CRM platform implementations and enhancements (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) Support CLM initiatives by coordinating with legal and procurement teams and CLM vendors (e.g., Icertis, Conga) Develop and maintain project documentation including timelines, budgets, and risk registers Ensure alignment with compliance, data governance, and business process standards Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption strategies Identify opportunities for CRM-CLM integration and process optimization Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred Minimum 10 years of IT project management experience, with at least 5 years in CRM domain Working knowledge of CLM platforms and contract workflows Strong understanding of CRM processes including lead management, customer engagement, and analytics Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills Experience working in a global delivery model with offshore/onshore coordination Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies Preferred Attributes Prior experience working with chemical or manufacturing clients Exposure to CRM-CLM integration strategies Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive consensus Passion for digital transformation and customer-centric innovationPl share your profile to Simson Arputharaj Y -SE00720825@TechMahindra.com
