Responsibilities of Support HR - CLM- Oversee and manage the Contract Labor Management System (CLMS) to ensure smooth operations. - Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations related to contract labor. - Handle billing processes related to contract labor, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Develop and implement strategies for effective change management within the department. - Maintain a high level of accountability, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time. - Foster a global mindset within the team, promoting understanding and respect for diverse cultures and perspectives. - Regularly review and update CLM and compliance policies and procedures to ensure they remain current and effective. - Collaborate with other HR team members to address any issues or concerns related to contract labor. - Provide training and guidance to other team members on CLM and compliance-related matters. - Regularly report to HR management on the status of CLM and compliance activities.Functional Competencies:- CLM & Compliances: The candidate should have a strong understanding of Contract Labor Management (CLM) and compliance regulations. This includes knowledge of labor laws, contract management, and ensuring that all labor practices adhere to local and national regulations. - CLMS Contract Labor Management System: The candidate should be proficient in using Contract Labor Management Systems (CLMS). This includes managing and tracking contract labor, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and effectively managing labor costs. - Billing: The candidate should have experience in billing processes, including creating, sending, and tracking invoices. They should also be able to handle any billing disputes or issues that may arise.Behavioral Competencies:- Accountability: The candidate should demonstrate a high level of accountability. This includes taking responsibility for their actions, meeting deadlines, and delivering on commitments. - Change Management: The candidate should have strong change management skills. This includes the ability to manage and adapt to change, lead others through change, and implement new processes or strategies effectively. - Compliance: The candidate should have a strong understanding of compliance regulations and the ability to ensure that all practices adhere to these regulations. - Global Mindset: The candidate should have a global mindset.
